The successful operation of the system relies upon the co-operation and involvement of personnel at all levels. Our commitment to quality will ensure the continued success of our organization and the satisfaction of and the satisfaction of customers and staff. The risk Manager is authorized to ensure that the requirements of the Quality System is implemented. Any problems that cannot be resolved between departments or personnel shall be brought to the attention of Joint Managing Directors for final resolution.
